This group of Aluminum is is more of a general category for aluminum. There are many acceptable items that can be lumped together in your Scrap Aluminum. Stuff like Aluminum Siding that has a few screws, Storm door frames that have no glass, plastic, screens or wood can go here , again a few screws are no problem. Old Aluminum guttering, various sheet and molded Aluminum shapes , Aluminum window frames (No Glass or Screens), Even Aluminum car hoods can go into this group of metal. There are to many different Aluminum objects to include them all so when in doubt keep like items separated and ask your recycling center how is best for you to sell these items. Most recycling centers will be glad to explain this to you. Typically if you have a lot of one item type and it is all properly sized and sorted you can sometimes (Not Always ) get a better price. Again talk to your recycler and learn more about the different grades of Aluminum. Many times it can mean more $$$ for you.
